At that time they were Sis. Mattie Mann, who basically served as the director, with Sis. Fannie Bell Wilbon, Sis. Lizzie Wilbon, Sis Lula Maude Gease, Sis. Deloris McDowell, Sis. Annie Bell Gardner, Sis. Agnes Harvey, Sis. Louise Butts, and others assisting her.  These members served for a number of years.   Later, Sis. Ella Gardner served as director with voluntary members of the congregation Sis. Katie Bishop, Sis. Mattie Nelson, Sis. Mary Coleman-Harris, Sis. Betty Lunsford, and others. It wasn't until 2007, that the kitchen was officially organized as a ministry.  Sis. Joann Bogan was selected as director. She is assisted by Sis. Katie Bishop, Sis. Nicole Coleman, Sis. Jennie Slaton, Sis. Lisa Alston, Sis Terry Jenkins, Sis Mary Coleman- Harris, Sis. Brenda Bishop and others.  Sister Bogan says” We serve the best food in Southwest Georgia and it is finger licking delicious”.   If you want some good food, stop by Second Shiloh Baptist Church in Bronwood, Georgia, pull your shoes off and eat with us! We are a friendly and loving group of people who welcome you with open arms.   Our kitchen and dining areas have been redecorated.  We try to make our guests and members welcome anytime they enter the sanctuary of SSBC and most certainly when the services are over and you enter our dining area!   WE, THE KITCHEN MINISTRY OF SSBC, WELCOME EACH OF YOU TO OUR SANCTUARY AND KITCHEN!  “HERE AT SSBC WE BELIEVE IN FEEDING YOU SPIRITUALLY WITH THE WORD AND FEEDING YOU PHYSICALLY WITH OUR DELICIOUS HOME COOKED FOOD”!    "My Little Kitchen"   God bless my little kitchen. I love it every nook. And bless me as I do my work - wash pots and pans and cook. And may the meals that I prepare, be seasoned from above, With Thy great blessing and Thy grace, but most of all Thy love. As we partake our earthly food, the table before us spread, We'll not forget to thank Thee, Lord, Who gives us daily bread. So bless my little kitchen, Lord, and those who enter in, May they find naught but joy and peace, and happiness there in.
